You don't have to have it all figured out to reach out, that's what I'm here for. Life is hard, and even the strongest, most capable people need a place to breathe, be honest, and heal. As a psychologist, I think of my work the way a physician thinks of medicine: just as your body deserves care when it's hurting, so does your mind and heart. My job is to offer you that care in a space that feels genuinely safe, warm, and free of judgment, and to work with you as a real partner in your healing, not just a person taking notes.

I bring over a decade of experience working across schools, families, and corporate environments, which means I understand the many different ways life can feel overwhelming. Whether it's anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, burnout, relationship struggles, major life changes, or navigating a diagnosis like autism or ADHD, I am here to help. I am trained in trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). For those who need more clarity around a diagnosis, I also offer comprehensive psychological testing, including ADHD and autism evaluations.

I founded iWe Family Psychology because I believe deeply that people heal both individually and in community. The i in iWe is you, your story, your pace. The We is the relationship we build together and the team that shows up for you. Whoever you are and wherever you are in your journey, I want you to know: you are welcome here, you are not alone, and change is absolutely possible. I would be honored to be part of your story.

Sometimes the most important thing you can do is truly understand what is going on beneath the surface. As a psychologist and a certified psychoeducational specialist, I provide comprehensive evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, covering anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, and developmental delays. Whether you are a parent seeking answers, a young adult making sense of longstanding struggles, or someone at any stage of life, a thorough evaluation can bring the clarity and direction you need to move forward.

Before moving into psychological assessment, I spent years as an educator and school psychologist, which shaped how I approach every evaluation: with patience, depth, and a commitment to understanding the whole person, not just the numbers on a page. My graduate training in school and professional psychology, combined with extensive clinical and educational experience, allows me to offer assessments that are both rigorous and deeply human.

A diagnosis is not a label. It is a lens that helps you understand yourself more fully and access the support you deserve. I am committed to making sure every person leaves with real answers, clear recommendations, and the confidence to take the next step. I would be honored to be part of that process for you or your family.
